Kids-R-Intuitive Workshop
A workshop created by Rosemary designed especially for children 5-8 based on the picture book Genevieve's Gift.
Through a series of fun exercises, games, drawing, crafts, storytelling, simple meditation, and creative visualizations, children will learn how to:
- Honor their own inner guidance to make good choices.
- Develop self-awareness through the mind/body connection.
- Determine when a situation feels off or threatening.
- Stand strong and true to oneself in the face of peer pressure.
- Give voice to their true feelings and aspirations.
- Appreciation of our human connectedness to Nature and each other.
- Cultivate courage and self-respect.

- Drawing an expressive painting.
- Focusing on schoolwork.
- Feeling confident to express creativity and participate in class.
